Thai Kickboxing uses fists, feet, elbows and knees to deliver fast and powerful strikes to an attacker.  The Dojo's fun and energetic classes develop students’ bodies for strength, speed and power — putting students on the fast track for weight loss, body toning, greater focus, energy and confidence.

Our Kickboxing program is designed to be rewarding to both students looking to develop themselves as martial artists, and for those just looking for a fun full-body workout while also learning valuable martial arts skills.  Drop-ins are always welcome!
