A student and part-time instructor at Tokyo Joe's Studios of Self Defense in Ipswich, Kendall Buhl is encouraged by his teacher Tashi Mark Warner to open his own school. He and Caroline find a garage at 106 Bridge Rd in Salisbury and get to work on opening their own Tokyo Joe's.
With Tashi Mark's blessing, they are accompanied by Darren Sturk, who will teach classes, as well as a handful of Ipswich Students: Brian O'Connor; Evan, Alex and Julia Bradley; Jim, Alex and Laura Gagnon; Lila Edder and Katherine Scott and -- of course -- Autumn and Gareth Buhl
